	Generosity We share our time, knowledge and experience. We communicate our appreciation to those who enable us to do our work. We nurture our people by creating opportunities for their growth in an inspiring work environment.
	Inclusion We involve young people in meaningful ways . We embrace the views and experiences of others. We collaborate with those who share our dreams and aspirations.
	Responsibility We are accountable for our actions and do the right thing - including when it's hard. We focus on results, use money wisely, and leverage all the resources at our disposal. We regularly question what we do and seek out new ways to do things better.
	Fun We don't take ourselves too seriously (most of the time). We live each moment fully. We celebrate our achievements and anniversaries.
