Jack Heath
Founder and Chairman
Jack Heath founded Inspire Australia in 1996 to address Australia's then escalating rates of youth suicide. He formerly served in the Australian Public Service for over 10 years in key departments, including Prime Minister, Cabinet, Foreign Affairs and Trade. He was a speechwriter to the Australian Foreign and Trade Ministers in 1993 and a Senior Adviser to Prime Minister Paul Keating in 1994 - and as a diplomat in Thailand played a role in the Australian Government's decision in the 1980s to build the Friendship Bridge across the Mekong River. Mr. Heath was a torchbearer for the Sydney Olympics and a national organizer for the Dalai Lama's 2002 Australian Tour. He was awarded a Centenary Medal for “service to the community” and received the 2004 Equity Trustees Non-Profit CEO Award for Innovation. In 2005, he was a State Finalist in the Australian of the Year Awards and in 2007 received the Ernst & Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Annalisa Jenkins, M.D
Secretary, Treasurer and Director
Annalisa Jenkins, a cardiologist, has had a distinguished medical career in the British Royal Navy, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Over the last 10 years, she rapidly advanced to a senior executive position in a leading global pharmaceutical company, where she specializes in global drug development and global organizational leadership. More recently, Dr. Jenkins has applied her extensive experience in the corporate setting to building opportunities for young people and women through her leadership roles in the nonprofit sector. Dr. Jenkins is on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Suicidology, the Corporate Circle of the National Council for Research on Women, and was recently elected to the New York Women’s Forum.

Lawrence Clarence Patrick III
Director, Business Development and Strategy for Jazz
Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts
Lawrence Patrick works closely with Lincoln Center Artistic Director Wynton Marsalis and Executive Director Adrian Ellis to oversee strategy for new media, content distribution, intellectual property, and corporate partnerships for the jazz world’s largest organization. Mr. Patrick formerly led the Black Alliance for Educational Options through five years of dramatic growth, building the national staff and expanding the organization’s national reach. He also served as Chief Technology Officer at Megaschool, a company he co-founded in 1999 to help inner-city charter schools make better use of technology. Mr. Patrick is on the Advisory Committee for the Program on Education Policy and Governance at Harvard University; the Washington, D.C., Public Charter School Board; and the boards of the Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy charter school and the National Charter Schools Institute.

Before joining Macquarie Securities (USA) in 2006, Paul Daitz was a managing director at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he headed the business services sector within the industrials department and was a member of the global mergers and acquisitions group. |
